END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
By using this software, you are agreeing to the terms of this license.

By receiving and/or using this Rockrose software LLC.("Rockrose") software (the "Software"),you agree to be bounded by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not install or use the Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

1.1 The Software is distributed as try before you buy. Anyone may use the Software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use the Software, you must register.

1.2  There are 3 types of licenses issued for the Software, these are:

1.2.1 A single computer usage license. The user purchases one license to use the Software on one computer.

1.2.2 A SITE license. If you purchase a SITE license, you acquire the right to a SITE usage, which means that you can use the Software on an unlimited number of computers owned by the purchaser at the same physical SITE location. This site location would normally be defined as a single building.

1.2.3 A COMPANY license. If you purchase a COMPANY license, you acquire the right to use the Software inside the COMPANY, which means, that you can use the Software on an unlimited number of computers, regardless of location, but owned by the COMPANY.


2. USE RESTRICTIONS

2.1 You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.

2.2 Rockrose may terminate this license if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this license. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.


3. COPYRIGHT RESTRICTION

All title and copyrights in and to the Software(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software are owned by Rockrose. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.


4. LIMITED WARRANTY

The Software is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. Neither Rockrose nor the agents of Rockrose will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using this software.
